Note: To forward with GoToConnect, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

GoToConnect Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

To Activate:

  • Dial *72.
  • Enter your forwarding number.
  • Listen for confirmation that call forwarding has been activated.

To Deactivate:

  • Dial *73.
