How does Abby Connect integrate with Typeform?
Through Zapier, Abby Connect sends new call or message data to Typeform or other apps. This is a one-way sync from Abby to Typeform and cannot pull data back into Abby.

The two available triggers are New Call Record and New Message. Each trigger sends specific fields, such as caller ID, call time, notes, and custom message details, directly into connected apps.
Can I send data from Typeform back into Abby?
No. The integration is one-way only. Data flows out of Abby Connect to other apps like Typeform. You cannot create, update, or modify data in Abby through this connection.
How do I set up Abby Connect with Typeform?
You need a Zapier account and your Abby Connect API key from my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. In Zapier, choose Abby as the trigger app and Typeform as the action app.
