How does the Abby Connect and Webflow integration work?
The integration uses Zapier to send new Abby call or message data to Webflow. It is a one-way connection, meaning Abby sends information but cannot receive or update data from Webflow.
Can I trigger Webflow updates from Abby call records?
Yes. When a new call record is created in Abby, Zapier can send its details, such as caller ID and notes, to Webflow. Abby cannot make any changes in Webflow directly, but the data can trigger updates through Zapier.
What Abby data can be sent to Webflow?
For calls, fields include notes, transfer number, called number, receptionist name, caller ID, and call start date/time. For messages, you can send customized fields such as case type and caller location.
How do I set up the Abby-Webflow connection?
You will need a Zapier account and an Abby API key from my.abby.com under Settings > Integrations > Zapier. In Zapier, select Abby Connect as the trigger and Webflow as the action.
Can I update Abby from Webflow with this integration?
No. This integration is one-way only. Abby can send call and message data to Webflow via Zapier, but it cannot receive or process updates from Webflow.
