Simplified Status Updates 

We know you’re busy and we know you need uninterrupted focus time. You don’t have time to wait on hold, or compose an email just to explain how you want your calls to be handled. Especially when it can change on the fly.  

With Abby’s new status feature there’s an On/Off button for your calls. Want calls transferred to you? Great! Click, “Taking Calls.” In important meetings or on vacation? No worries! Click, “Not Taking Calls.” It’s that easy! 

Do you need to update your status for a specific amount of time? We’ve got you covered. Select preset times, until further notice, or create a custom timeframe. Your calls will return to your prior selected setting once you’re done. 

It’s a breeze, so you don’t even have to call in or email us. It’s the most simplified way to update your status whenever, wherever. 

Dashboard 

We all love dashboards! And now you can reap all the benefits of having one in your web portal and AbbyGo app. Your dashboard gives you total visibility into what’s going on in your business. Account Usage Notifications 

With any service, there’s always that nagging feeling of, “How many minutes have I used? Am I running out of minutes?  With our new usage notifications, you’ll never wonder about usage again. 

Even though this feature is currently only in the web portal, it’s easy to access on a mobile device and once it’s set up, you’ll start regularly receiving notifications in your inbox. Set it and forget it.

Global Search 

Thanks to Google, we’re accustomed to global search as a part of our lives, and it’s about time a receptionist service app and portal had global search. Abby Connect is offering this industry-leading functionality with our new app and portal. 

You don’t have time for filters, because you’re left sifting through a list to find a needle in a haystack. And let’s be honest, you’ll probably give up before you find it. We know your time is valuable. Find communications for a specific caller, number, anything you can enter in the search bar. Type, enter, find. It’s that simple. 

It takes a lot to run a business and having to search for client information and interactions shouldn’t take a long time, so we made it easier for you to look it up. 

Activity Rating 

We’ve simplified the feedback process so it’s quick and easy on your end. You literally have fast, real-time feedback at your fingertips. Did your receptionist really impress a caller? Did a call not go as expected? Select a rating and submit feedback directly to your Customer Success Manager in the portal or app for them to investigate the situation. After all, we’re here to make sure your business is running smoothly, and we welcome feedback at any time. 

Whenever you want to ask a question or share some quick feedback with your Customer Success Manager, it’s simple! Select the Send Feedback feature to send your thoughts in real-time. 

Usage Statistics 

Most businesses don’t have large fluctuations in call volume or minute usage, but changes in your business, like call volume, talk time, seasonality, or marketing can make managing your minute-based plan stressful. We don’t want that. So, Abby has created Usage Statistics to give you more control over your costs even when you can’t control other things.  

Your Usage Statistic page is simple to read: minutes and chats used and minutes and chats remaining.  

New Activities Screen 

Everything in one place – all calls, chats, messages, SMS, together in Abby Connect’s new Activities Screen. Effortlessly filter by Type, Read, and Unread activities. All your business communications together is your business simplified.  

Your activities screen displays the number of activities and the details for each one. Knowing exactly who, when, how, and what’s happening with your communications right at your fingertips. 

Subscriptions  

Unsure what plan you’re on? Are you noticing call volume fluctuations? Need a different plan? We’ve got you covered. Review and change your subscription level at any time in both the new web portal and mobile app.  

Your current subscription will show you your minute plan, how many minutes you’ve used and how many minutes remain. Same with your chat plan! The number of chats used and how many chats remaining are displayed for easy viewing and the opportunity to change your plan is quick and easy. 

Invoices 

Looking for invoices can be problematic, especially if you’re in a hurry. Can’t find your invoice again? It happens, especially when everyone in your business is wearing multiple hats. Not a problem. Simply log in to your web portal or mobile app and there they are – problem solved.
