Customize Your Greeting

You are absolutely unique and your business should stand out in the best way possible. If you have a style in mind, customize the greeting that your virtual receptionist uses each and every time she answers your incoming calls. Best part is that it sounds like she’s right in your office (even if you don’t have one yet)!

Call Screening

The great thing about having Abby Connect on your team is that we will screen incoming phone calls to your line. In a meeting? Went to lunch? On a plane? Avoiding unsolicited sales calls? Our Abbies are smart cookies and will use your preferences to determine the appropriate action for any given call.

Call Forwarding

Warm Transfer

If we’ve assessed a call and determined it needs to be transferred, we’ll contact you or the appropriate individual on your team, let you know who is calling and what it’s about, and wait for your go ahead to take the next action. This is called a warm transfer, and we’ll give you the coziest one possible.

Quick Transfer

Don’t need an announcement each time we send on over a qualified caller? We can easily do a quick transfer – known at other answering services as a cold transfer – for you. But don’t worry, there’s nothing cold about it. Before we forward the caller on to your line, we’ll do our best to make sure that they’re smiling, too.

Filtering Your Funnel

Have very specific instructions about who you want to speak with? We can handle that, of course! Just let your account manager know when you’re signing up – or if there are any changes – and we’ll be happy to make sure the right people are getting directly to you.

Taking A Message

Want to read the message? We’ll gather the information you request and put it into your CRM of choice at no extra charge (you can also use our system for free, if you like).

A Warm Transfer to Voicemail

Prefer to listen to your caller’s message? We’ll ask them to leave you a voicemail, which we’ll also forward on to your email for convenience.

The best of both: Get transcribed voicemails to your email or sms inbox. We’ll include them in your free trial, so you can get a feel for whether or not it’s the right service for you.
