Ooma Call Forwarding Instructions

Ooma‘s business phone systems deliver affordable, cloud-based voice, video, messaging, and contact center solutions. And, your team at Abby Connect has worked with Ooma for over fifteen years. We know that Ooma phone systems work well with our call handling options and we can easily assist your call forwarding instructions if needed.

In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Ooma. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Ooma, together.

Note: To forward with Ooma, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Ooma Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Forwarding Instructions:

You can enable Call Forwarding by logging into your My Ooma account and navigating to the Call Forwarding option under the preferences tab.

  • Once you have signed in to your account, check the box “Ring Add Number”. 
  • Select the Settings icon to set up the Forwarding Number. Here, you may also specify the circumstances under which calls will be forwarded to Abby Connect.
  • Once prompted, input your forwarding number.
