Note: To forward with VoIP.ms, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Setup a Call Forward

  • Create a Call Forwarding entry. You can do this from your Customer Portal >> DID Numbers >> Call Forwarding.
  • Once done, click on the “Add Forwarding” button and enter your forwarding phone number.
