How does the Abby Connect and MailerLite integration work?
This integration uses Zapier to send call data from Abby Connect into MailerLite. Abby acts as a trigger only, so when a new call record or message is logged, that information can automatically create or update a contact in MailerLite.
What information from Abby can be shared with MailerLite?
Call records can include caller ID, receptionist name, transfer number, called number, notes, and call start time. Messages can also include custom fields like case type, location, or other caller details to enrich MailerLite contact records.
Can I update Abby or configure it through MailerLite?
No. This integration is one-way only. Abby Connect sends data to Zapier, and from there you can connect with MailerLite. You cannot create, edit, or update information inside Abby from MailerLite or any other tool.
How do I set up the Abby Connect Zapier integration?
To set up, log in to your Abby Connect portal at my.abby.com, go to Settings, then Integrations and select Zapier. From there, generate your API key. In Zapier, create a new Zap with Abby Connect as the trigger app and MailerLite as the action app.
What events in Abby can trigger updates in MailerLite?
There are two available triggers in Zapier: New Call Record and New Message. Once triggered, the captured data can be sent into MailerLite to create or update a contact or log the interaction as needed.
