How does the Abby Connect and Stan integration work?
The integration uses Zapier to send call and message data from Abby Connect to Stan. When a new call record or message is created in Abby, Zapier can automatically log that data in Stan for easier tracking and follow-up.
What type of data can be sent from Abby Connect to Stan?
Abby sends call details such as notes, caller ID, transfer number, called number, receptionist name, and call time. Message data can include case type, caller location, and other customizable details defined in Abby.
Can Stan send updates or information back to Abby Connect?
No. This integration is one-way only. Data moves from Abby Connect to Stan, but not the other way around. You cannot update, modify, or create records in Abby using information from Stan.
What triggers are available in the Abby Connect Zapier app?
The two triggers available are New Call Record and New Message. When either occurs, you can configure Zapier to send that data to Stan or any other connected app for logging or processing.
How do I set up the Abby Connect and Stan integration?
To set it up, create a Zapier account and get your Abby Connect API key from my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, then Zapier. Add Abby Connect as the trigger app, select Stan as the action app, and map your data fields.
