How Our Live Chat Pricing Works

We offer three tiers of live chat support: 10 engaged chats, 30 engaged chats, and 50 engaged chats. Every chat will be labeled as either a “Lead”, “Actionable Support”, or “Non-Actionable Support” so you understand the nature of every chat.

You are only billed for engaged chats. We have visitor blocking and don’t engage with spam so your minutes are only spent on the highest quality website visitors!

Can my chat logs and contacts be submitted into my CRM?

Yes! Abby Connect is now integrated with Zapier, which is a tool that allows users to connect their apps and service, and automate workflows. It’s an extremely powerful tool for small business owners who aren’t developers. Examples of apps you may want to connect with Abby Connect through Zapier are: CRMs (Salesforce, Clio, Hubspot, etc), Google Docs, Email marketing tools, Slack or Teams, and many more. In your Abby Connect Portal, there is an option to receive your invite to Zapier from Abby Connect, connect your account to Zapier, and you will find your unique Abby Connect API key to use in Zapier.

You can choose to create leads, send emails, generate tasks, and so much more. Whatever you want, you can likely create a workflow through Zapier to achieve. Review Zapier and our other Integrations and speak to your contact at Abby Connect for more information.

What happens if I go over the chat or message limit on my plan?

If you happen to go over your plan, any additional chats will be prorated at the rate in your service plan. If further down the road you feel the need to add more chats, you are more than welcome to adjust your current plan without penalty or wait period.
