What does the Abby Connect and Airtable integration do?
The integration adds a new row in Airtable each time a New Call Record is logged in Abby Connect. It records caller ID, call start date/time and receptionist name. This data helps teams review call activity and track follow-up needs.
Is the Abby Connect and Airtable integration one-way?
Yes. It is a one-way connection through Zapier. Data flows from Abby Connect through Zapier into Airtable, but nothing flows back into Abby Connect. You can only log new call or message data in Airtable.
Which triggers are available for this integration?
The integration supports two triggers in Zapier: New Call Record and New Message. Each trigger creates a new Airtable row with the related Abby Connect data for tracking and reporting.
How do I set up the Abby Connect and Airtable integration?
To set up, sign in to Zapier, choose Abby Connect as the trigger app and select either New Call Record or New Message. You will need your Abby Connect API key from my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier.
What can my team do with the logged Airtable data?
Teams can filter rows by receptionist name or call start date/time to spot patterns, build follow-up lists, or generate reports. Turning call and message data into structured rows makes it easier to act on every inbound interaction.
