How does the Abby Connect and Airtable integration work?
The integration sends new call or message data from Abby Connect to Airtable via Zapier. It is one-way only, so no data is sent back to Abby.
What type of Abby Connect data can be sent to Airtable?
You can send call records including notes, transfer number, receptionist name, caller ID, and start time. Messages can include case type, location, and other custom fields.
Can I update Abby Connect records from Airtable?
No. This integration is trigger-only. You cannot update or create records in Abby from Airtable or any other app through Zapier.
What do I need to set up the integration?
You need a Zapier account and an API key from my.abby.com found under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. Then you can build a Zap to send Abby data to Airtable.
What triggers are available for Airtable automation?
The available triggers are New Call Record and New Message. Each trigger can create or update a record in Airtable based on the call or message details.
