How does the Abby Connect and Brevo integration work?
The integration uses Zapier to send call data from Abby Connect directly into Brevo. When a new call record or message is logged, the information can automatically create or update contacts or activities within Brevo.
Can data flow from Brevo back into Abby Connect?
No. This is a one-way connection. Data only flows from Abby Connect into Brevo. The integration does not allow importing data into Abby or updating any Abby Connect settings or configurations.
What types of Abby Connect data can be sent to Brevo?
Call records and message details can be sent. This includes notes, transfer numbers, caller ID, called number, receptionist name, caller location, case type, and call time. Custom fields in messages can also be mapped into Brevo.
What do I need to set up this integration with Brevo?
You will need a Zapier account and your Abby Connect API key. The API key can be found in my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, then Zapier. Once connected, you can build workflows that send call or message details into Brevo.
What triggers are available in this integration?
There are two triggers: New Call Record and New Message. When either occurs in Abby Connect, Zapier can send that data into Brevo. No additional actions or triggers are available within Abby for this integration.
