How does Abby Connect integrate with Calendly?
Through Zapier, Abby can send new call or message data to Calendly. For example, you can create events or meetings in Calendly based on Abby call records or messages captured by receptionists.
Is the Abby to Calendly integration two-way?
No. The integration is one-way. Abby sends data to Calendly via Zapier but cannot receive data or make any changes to your Abby account from Calendly or other connected apps.
What triggers are available for Calendly workflows?
The available triggers are New Call Record and New Message. These send details like caller ID, call time, receptionist notes, or message fields into Calendly via Zapier workflows you create.
How do I set up Abby with Calendly via Zapier?
You need a Zapier account and your Abby API key from my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. In Zapier, choose Abby as the trigger app, Calendly as the action app, and link your accounts.
Can Abby update events in Calendly after creation?
No. Abby only triggers actions through Zapier. Once data is sent and an event is created in Calendly, Abby cannot update, edit, or remove that event. Any changes must be made directly in Calendly.
