How does the Abby Connect and Dubsado integration work?
The integration connects through Zapier to send call and message data from Abby Connect to Dubsado. When a new call record or message is created in Abby, Zapier can automatically add that information to your Dubsado projects or client records.
What information from Abby is sent to Dubsado?
When a call or message is logged, Abby shares details like caller ID, call time, receptionist name, transfer number, and notes. Message data may include custom fields such as caller location, case type, or other helpful client details.
Can I update Abby Connect settings or data through Dubsado?
No. The integration is one-way. You can only send data from Abby to Dubsado. It does not allow updates, configuration changes, or sending data back to Abby from any connected application.
What do I need to set up the integration?
You need a Zapier account and your Abby Connect API key found in my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. In Zapier, use Abby Connect as the trigger app and Dubsado as the action app.
Which triggers are available for automations?
The only triggers are New Call Record and New Message. Each trigger activates a workflow in Zapier that can create or update records in Dubsado based on the information received from Abby Connect.
