You need a Zapier account and an API key from my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. In Zapier, set Abby as the trigger app and Google Drive as the action app to complete setup.

What call information is sent to Google Drive?

For new calls, Abby can send notes, transfer and called numbers, receptionist name, caller ID, and call start date and time. For new messages, the sent fields are based on your configured message template.
