The integration connects through Zapier and uses Abby Connect as a trigger app. When a new call or message is logged in Abby, call details can be sent to LinkedIn or your CRM to create records, update activities, or log notes automatically.

Can LinkedIn update my Abby Connect account through this integration?

No. This is a one-way integration. Data only flows from Abby Connect to LinkedIn or other connected apps. LinkedIn or any other platform cannot modify, create, or update information within your Abby Connect account.

What Abby Connect data is sent to LinkedIn?

When triggered, the integration sends call details such as caller ID, receptionist name, called number, transfer number, call notes, and call start time. For messages, customizable fields like case type or caller location can also be shared.

What do I need to set up the Abby Connect-LinkedIn connection?

You need a Zapier account and an API key from your Abby Connect dashboard. Go to Settings, then Integrations, and select Zapier. Once connected, choose your Abby triggers and link them to your LinkedIn actions in Zapier.
