Abby Connect includes two triggers in Zapier: New Call Record and New Message. When either occurs, their details are automatically sent to LinkedIn Conversions to help track engagement and performance metrics.

Can LinkedIn update or modify information in Abby Connect?

No. This is a one-way integration. Data only flows from Abby Connect to LinkedIn Conversions through Zapier. LinkedIn cannot change Abby settings, add new calls, or modify any existing data in your Abby account.
