How does the Abby Connect and Manychat integration work?

What type of data can be sent from Abby Connect to Manychat?
Abby can send call and message details, including caller ID, call time, receptionist name, and custom message fields such as case type or caller location. This allows Manychat to log or act on call-related information automatically.
Can I update or create information in Abby Connect using Manychat?
No. The integration is one-way. You can only send data from Abby Connect to Manychat through Zapier. It cannot change settings, add records, or update information inside your Abby Connect account.
What triggers are available for this integration?
Two triggers are available: New Call Record and New Message. Each time one of these events occurs, Abby Connect sends the data to Zapier, which can then pass it to Manychat for use in automations or data tracking.
How do I set up the Abby Connect to Manychat connection?
Sign in to Zapier, create a new Zap, and select Abby Connect as the trigger app. Then choose Manychat as the action app. You’ll need your Abby API key found in my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier to complete the setup.
