Can this integration sync information back into Abby Connect?
No. This is a one-way connection. Data only moves from Abby Connect to Mighty Networks. You cannot update or change Abby Connect information through this integration.
What triggers are available with this integration?
There are two triggers available through Zapier: New Call Record and New Message. Each time these occur in Abby Connect, related data like caller ID or call notes can be transferred to Mighty Networks.
What setup steps are needed to connect Abby Connect to Mighty Networks?
You will need a Zapier account and your Abby API key, found in my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. Then, create a Zap using Abby Connect as the trigger and Mighty Networks as the action destination.
What type of call or message data can be sent to Mighty Networks?
The integration can send call notes, caller ID, transfer number, called number, receptionist name, and time of call. Message data such as case type, location, and extra caller info can also be shared.
