  • Intelligent Account Handling – When creating a Contact, Abby Connect automatically links it to the correct Account:
    • If a Company Name is provided, Salesforce is searched for an existing Account and linked if found.
    • If not found, a new Account is created.
    • If no Company Name is provided, a fallback Account is created using the person’s First + Last Name. (Note: Company creation is skipped when syncing Leads.)
  • Flexible Matching Rules – Decide when to create or update records by setting criteria in the my.abby.com portal (for native integration) or in Zapier (for Zapier integration).
