How does the Abby Connect and ThriveCart integration work?
The integration uses Zapier to send call and message data from Abby Connect to ThriveCart. When a new call or message is logged in Abby, details such as caller ID, notes, and time can be sent to ThriveCart to create or update related records.
Can ThriveCart send data back to Abby Connect?
No. This is a one-way integration. Abby Connect sends information to ThriveCart, but data from ThriveCart cannot change or update anything in Abby. Abby does not import or modify data based on external systems.
What triggers are available in this integration?
Available triggers are New Call Record and New Message. Each time one of these occurs, details like receptionist name, transfer number, and call notes can be sent to ThriveCart for tracking or follow-up actions.
How do I set up the Abby Connect-ThriveCart integration?
You will need a Zapier account and your Abby Connect API key found in my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. In Zapier, select Abby Connect as the trigger app and ThriveCart as the action app to complete setup.
What kind of information can be shared with ThriveCart?
Abby Connect can send call and message details, including caller ID, call time, notes, and transfer numbers. Message fields like case type or caller location can also be shared based on your Zapier setup preferences.
