What Abby Connect data can be sent into WordPress?

Abby can send call record details such as caller ID, receptionist name, call notes, start time, transfer and called numbers. It can also send customized message fields like caller location or case type into WordPress.

What do I need to set up the Abby Connect integration?

To set up, you need a Zapier account and an API key from my.abby.com. The API key can be found by logging into Abby, going to Settings, selecting Integrations, then choosing Zapier. Setup connects Abby data flows to WordPress.
