How does the Abby Connect and Notion integration work?
The integration uses Zapier to send call and message details from Abby Connect directly into your Notion workspace. It is a one-way connection, so data only flows from Abby to Notion.
Can this integration update or change data in Abby Connect?
No. The integration is trigger-only. It cannot update, modify, or create anything inside Abby Connect. It only sends new call or message data into Notion.
What information is sent from Abby to Notion?
For calls, Abby can send notes, transfer and called numbers, receptionist name, caller ID, and call start time. For messages, fields are customizable such as case type or caller location.
What triggers are available for automating tasks in Notion?
The integration supports two triggers in Zapier: New Call Record and New Message. Each trigger can start an automation that sends the data into your preferred Notion database.
What do I need to set up this integration?
You need a Zapier account and your Abby Connect API key, which is found in my.abby.com under Settings, Integrations, Zapier. Then, create a Zap to send Abby data into Notion.
