Despite many of Conversational’s reviews online being positive and discussing how their services were excellent, their reviews are a few years old. On TrustPilot, their last review post is from June 2016 which shows they are not committed to receiving feedback and bettering their services. A few of their online reviews have pointed to the inaccuracy of information being taken from the caller and no call reports being given back to the clients.

Chris on Consumer Affairs said, “Overall it has been a good experience. There are a few issues. Most important is accuracy. We have had messages that did not have the correct name or had an incorrect phone number. Another is the hold time. I was on hold for a while when I called in to check on my own number based on some critiques. Finally, the voice delay when transferring a call is challenging. When I speak to a client, many times it’s a second or more delay when they respond or hear me. We don’t have that when we call the client directly.”

Pehr on Consumer Affairs stated, “Conversational was more responsive when I reached out to them for their receptionist service. They have allowed me to focus on other business priorities instead of answering the phone on a day-to-day basis. However, I only hear from them if there is a problem. I don’t get any reports. I asked them a few months ago about what kind of reporting they have and they said it’s all ad hoc. There is no self-service reporting on what kind of calls they are receiving on my behalf. I just get an invoice at the end of the month from them. It’s pretty bad.”

Abby Connect has a wide array of reviews on Clutch, Consumer Affairs, Facebook, and Google. Abby Connect is praised on these review sites for their nonstop customer care, accuracy of information being taken from the caller, and information and call reports being given to clients in a timely manner.
