No. Drafts are prepared from your templates and your team reviews and sends every envelope. You stay in control of what goes out.
What details from the call are available for the envelope?
Caller name, contact information, the reason for the call, and a summary of what was discussed and agreed.
We mostly send engagement letters. Is that supported?
That is the most common use. New-client calls are screened per your instructions and the engagement letter follows from the captured intake.
