In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Spectrum. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Spectrum, together.

Note: To forward with Spectrum, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Spectrum Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

To activate Call Forwarding:

  • Dial *72.
  • Listen for the dial tone, enter your forwarding number.
  • Wait for the confirmation announcement.
  • After the announcement, the feature will forward calls to your Abby Receptionist.

To deactivate Call Forwarding:

  • Press *73 and wait for the deactivation confirmation tone.
