Cricket Wireless Call Forwarding Instructions

We know that Cricket Wireless phone systems work well with our call handling options and we can easily assist your call forwarding instructions if needed.

In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Cricket Wireless. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Cricket Wireless, together.

Note: To forward with Cricket Wireless, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Cricket Wireless Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Unconditional Call Forwarding:

All calls will be forward to Abby Connect.

  • Dial *72 followed by your forwarding number.
  • Press the SEND button.
  • The call should connect. You will hear two quick beeps and the call will disconnect.

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  • To deactivate, dial *720.
  • The call should connect. You will hear two quick beeps and the call will disconnect.
  • Call Forwarding is disabled.

Busy Call Forwarding:

Incoming calls are forwarded to Abby Connect when the handset is busy.

  • Dial *73 followed by your forwarding number.
  • Press the SEND button.
  • The call should connect. You will hear two quick beeps and the call will disconnect

Turn Off Busy Call Forwarding:

  • To deactivate, dial *730.
  • The call should connect. You will hear two quick beeps and the call will disconnect.
  • Call Forwarding is disabled.

No Answer Call Forwarding:

Incoming calls are forwarded to Abby Connect when the handset is not answered.

  • Dial *74 followed by your forwarding number.
  • Press the SEND button.
  • The call should connect. You will hear two quick beeps and the call will disconnect.

Turn Off No Answer Call Forwarding:

  • To deactivate, dial *740.
  • The call should connect. You will hear two quick beeps and the call will disconnect.
  • Call Forwarding is disabled.
