In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with eVoice. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with eVoice, together.

Note: To forward with eVoice, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Forwarding Calls with eVoice:

eVoice Simultaneous Ring lets you forward calls to as many as five phone numbers at the same time. You can specify which numbers to send calls to, and you can change or add to the list anytime through your user-friendly eVoice account online.
