LOGIX Call Forwarding Instructions

We know that LOGIX phone systems work well with our call handling options and we can easily assist your call forwarding instructions if needed.

In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with LOGIX. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Phone.com, together.

Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Call Forwarding Variable:

  • Dial *72 followed by your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
  • To deactivate the feature press *73. Calls will begin ringing on your phone again.

Remote Access Call Forwarding:

This feature requires a PIN. To get a PIN:

  • Access a dial tone on your mainline.
  • Dial *74#, which is the code for changing PINs.
  • When prompted for the feature access code, dial *54#, which is the feature code for Call Forward Remote Access.
  • When prompted for your PIN, enter 00#.
  • Enter the four-digit number you want to use for your PIN, followed by the # sign (_ _ _ _#).
  • Re-enter the same number again: _ _ _ _#.
  • Your PIN has been set up.

To Turn on Call Forwarding from Anywhere:

  • Dial your Call Forwarding access number as shown above.
  • Enter your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Then enter your PIN and a # sign.
  • The system will read back the number that you input and ask to confirm by pressing “1.”
  • You will hear a confirmation tone.

To Cancel Call Forwarding from Your Personal Line:

  • Get a dial tone on your line and dial *73.

To Cancel Call Forwarding from Anywhere Except Your Personal Line:

  • Dial your Call Forwarding access number as shown above.
  • Enter Abby Connect’s phone number, followed by your PIN and the # sign.
  • Enter *73#, which is the feature access code to deactivate Call Forwarding.
  • You will hear a confirmation tone.
