In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Boost Mobile. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Boost Mobile, together.

Note: To forward with Boost Mobile, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

Boost Mobile Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Unconditional Call Forwarding:

  • Enter *72 on your Boost Mobile Phone’s keypad.
  • Enter your forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
  • Press the “Talk” key on your phone.
  • Listen for two quick beeps to confirm that call forwarding is now active.

No Answer and Busy:

  • Enter *28 on your Boost Mobile Phone’s keypad.
  • Enter your forwarding number.
  • Press the “Talk” key on your phone and listen for two confirmation tones.

No Answer:

  • Enter *73 on your Boost Mobile Phone’s keypad.
  • Enter your forwarding number.
  • Press the “Talk” key on your phone and listen for two confirmation tones.

Forward when busy:

  • Enter *74 on your Boost Mobile Phone’s keypad.
  • Enter your forwarding number.
  • Press the “Talk” key on your phone and listen for two confirmation tones.
