Time Warner Call Forwarding Instructions

In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Time Warner. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Time Warner, together.

Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

To activate Call Forwarding:

  • Press *72.
  • Listen for the dial tone, enter your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Wait for the confirmation announcement.
  • After the announcement, the feature will forward calls to your Abby receptionist.

To deactivate Call Forwarding:

  • Press *73 and wait for the deactivation confirmation tone.
