In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with 1-VoIP. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with 1-VoIP, together.

Note: To forward with 1-VoIP, you’ll need your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, look for your Trial Activation Email or contact your Abby Connect CSM.

1-VoIP Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Call Forwarding Activation:

Your extension is your forwarding phone number.

  • Dial *72, and follow the voice prompts.

Call Forwarding Deactivation:

  • Dial *73
  • Wait for confirmation.

Call Forwarding Online:

  • Enable and disable this feature via your 1-VoIP account management site.
