In this article, we’d like to take you through the steps you’ll need to take in order to properly forward your business line(s) with Sprint. So, without further ado, let’s move FORWARD with Sprint, together.

Call Forwarding: Let’s Get Started!

Unconditional Call Forwarding:

  • Press *72 from the phone, followed by your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
  • Press Talk.
  • “The calling feature has been activated” or alert tones are heard when the call forwarding is activated.

Conditional Call Forwarding – No Answer:

  • Press *73, followed by your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
  • Press Talk.
  • “The calling feature has been activated” or alert tones are heard when the call forwarding is activated.

Conditional Call Forwarding – Busy:

  • Press *74, followed by your unique forwarding number. If unsure of your forwarding number, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
  • Press Talk.
  • “The calling features have been activated” or alert tones are heard when the call forwarding is activated.
