Updating Your Status Has Never Been Easier

As your virtual receptionist provider, we want to make sure you don’t miss that million-dollar call, lose clients, or make a bad first impression. If you’re not capturing all of your incoming calls and web chats, unfortunately, your phone could be keeping you from accomplishing what you want in business. We’ve got you covered!

We understand how overwhelming it can be to manage your calls. As a business owner you wear many hats. We also know your clients, vendors, partners, and solicitors will always be reaching out. The result: your phone is a major distraction when you’re trying to run a business.

We know how stressful it is to be in the middle of a deposition, or in the middle of a dental exam, or trying to repair a leaky faucet and your phone rings – pulling you away from focus time (and billable time).

We’re here to help! It’s a lot to handle, but we specialize in capturing every phone call and live chat. Nothing gives us more pleasure than making someone’s day, making you look good and helping you grow your business.

With your dedicated team of Abby Connect receptionists, you don’t have to worry about capturing incoming prospect and client communications. And now, with our industry-leading technology, we make controlling when you do or do not take calls even simpler. Our online portal makes life even easier. And our app is even better when you’re on the go.

Now you’ll have more control, more focus, and more connection.

One of the main reasons why customers call Abby is to update their call status – whether they are taking (or not taking) calls for the afternoon, the day, a few days, a week, or more. After hearing feedback and knowing that call status is our most important and most widely used feature, we developed faster and easier updates within both the mobile AbbyGo app and the web portal right at your fingertips.

Simplified Status Updates

Easier than ever before, we’ve made it so simple for you it’s the On/Off button for your calls. Want calls transferred to you? Great! Click, “Taking Calls.” In important meetings or on vacation? No worries! Click, “Not Taking Calls.” It’s that easy!

Stop unwanted distractions by blocking unwanted calls at any time. Stop the constant interruptions and get more done by simply updating your call handling status.

Do you need to update your status for a specific amount of time? We’ve got you covered. Select preset times, until further notice, or create a custom timeframe. Your calls will return to your prior selected setting once you’re done.

To update your status log in to the new online portal.
